The much anticipated Selangor Pakatan Harapan seat negotiation talks have not made significant progress, with only four out of 25 overlapping claims being resolved.

The four seats are currently held by either Umno or PAS. The one-hour meeting in Shah Alam also resolved that the status quo would be maintained for seats already held by DAP (14 seats), PKR (13) and Amanah (2).
