Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi wants the BN machinery to wrest back the Bandar Tun Razak parliamentary constituency after being under the opposition for nine years.

He firmly wanted the machinery of every component party in the parliamentary area to co-operate to enable BN to triumph in the area.

“For nine years we are embraced by sufferings, nine years we are baked in the hot sun, nine years we are in the rain and nine years we are in the drain of misery.

“This is the time we wrest back the seat and present it to BN,” he said at a ceremony to launch the Bandar Tun Razak general election machinery at Laman Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur tonight.

Also present were BN secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor, Umno Bandar Tun Razak chief Rizalman Mokhtar, BN component party leaders and party machinery.
