That’s history now, says Zahid on Dr M’s service in Langkawi

GE14 | Caretaker deputy prime minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has urged Langkawi residents not to be taken in by Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s election bid there, saying that the former premier’s contributions to the island have become history.

Instead, he said it was the BN government, under caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak and the incumbent MP Nawawi Ahmad, that has continued the development agenda in Langkawi, a trend he feared would be disrupted if someone else is elected instead...
