Yoursay: With these ‘clowns’, GE14 silly season is upon us

YOURSAY | ‘With friends and family like this, who needs enemies?’

How credible is Zahid's take on Batu Pahat, asks Puad

Anonymous: Special Affairs Department (Jasa) director-general Mohd Puad Zarkashi, there are two ways to go about with your unhappiness.

One, burn bridges and join the opposition. Two, keep quiet and be obedient to your boss so that you can be rewarded with a plum job.

Of course, the second only applies if BN wins the election.

Shark Fins Belong on Sharks: I suppose any mortal, having bent backwards in defending the corrupt within his establishment, all the while in jester costume and allowing himself to look like a fool, would feel the sharpness of pain from the stab of the keris in his comrade's hand - a comrade who shows no mercy in dropping veteran performers from the troupe at the eleventh hour for the sake of his survival.

Perhaps, for the first time in history, we shall see that the loyalty and love that Puad has for his party is unconditional no more. Stay tuned.

Bogus Warrior: Every time Pakatan Harapan takes one step back with their constant airing of dirty laundry in public, BN seemingly takes two.

When Harapan was squabbling over state seats, and minions were leaking stuff out to the press, along comes the shenanigans from Alor Gajah, where Koh Nai Kwong’s fanboys staged a protest against their candidate being moved.

Then came the drama from Bandar Tun Razak, where Rizalman Mokhtar was tipped to take the seat away from MCA before being arrested for drinking coffee in a nightclub. And the seat went to neither him nor the MCA candidate.

Now this. Puad throwing his toys out of the pram because he wasn’t fielded. Just one incident like this, and we forget all about the jostling for seats in PKR from yesterday.

BN chair Najib Abdul Razak should be worried. Both BN and Harapan keep making a mess in their houses, but the latter seems to be solving it a lot quicker.

We can only hope it gets uglier in the next two weeks.

Azwan Ali picks elephant logo in bid to trample brother in polls

Clever Voter: Family feuds are spilling over into the political arena. As if it is not dirty enough, washing the family dirty linen in public is the last thing caretaker Selangor menteri besar Mohamed Azmin Ali would wish for.

Former celebrity Azwan Ali’s personal vendetta against his brother is well-known. It has now turned into cheap and dirty publicity. Azmin should be thankful that not many will take his brother seriously.

But Azmin himself seems a magnet negative publicity, and he needs no reminder that he had better be careful; he will have more than family issues to handle if he is not focused.

Anonymous: Azwan, you are just putting on another show. Join a political party if you are serious about contesting in the 14th general election. You know your chances of winning are zero.

Oh My PM: How much money does he have that he is willing to lose his deposit just for a stunt to get him an additional five minutes of fame?

Demi Rakyat: I thought Umno/BN had clowns. It turns out the rabbit hole goes deeper.

Shark Fins Belong On Sharks: Dear parents, herein lies evidence that you must always love all your children equally.

Papagomo wants to teach Wan Azizah a lesson in Pandan

Dr Ng SC: Of course. you can stand in Pandan, Papagomo (blogger Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris). No one is stopping you. In fact, I encourage you to, if you have the guts.

Let’s see what happens when you go against PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

Benjawi: I don’t understand. You haven’t even learned your lesson after being ordered to pay opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim close to RM1 million, so how can you even presume to teach Wan Azizah?

He reminds me of a ‘meriam buluh’ (bamboo cannon) that produces only an explosion but shoots nothing.

He does sound a little bitter, even if his bitterness is entirely of his own making. He only knows how to slander people whom he doesn’t like.

You want to contest against Wan Azizah; please do. Just be prepared to lose your deposit.

Res Ipsa: Indeed, Papagomo was almost declared a bankrupt recently when he had to raise money to pay the damages awarded by the court for defaming Anwar.

How is he going to raise the cash for the election deposit? And what for, if he’s going to lose anyway?

Anonymous_4056: I really thought this guy had disappeared into the ether for good. Why is he still hanging around?

Moontime: This guy actually thinks he can run against Wan Azizah on the flimsiest of excuses.

Have you apologised to Anwar’s family for all the anguish and hardship they endured from your slanderous blogs? Still arrogant about it?

Wg321: Nope, it’s not working. Abdul Rani Kulup is still my favourite clown.
