“I will sue Najib in the courts if he dares to accuse me of being anti-Malay and anti-Islam, as this will be a downright lie and defamation.
“I give Najib three days to accuse me of being anti-Malay and anti-Islam,” he said in a media statement this afternoon.
Lim said he follows the caretaker prime minister's speeches closely and noticed that Najib has been careful not to accuse him of being anti-Malay or anti-Islam, choosing instead to quote Mahathir's past statements.
“For instance, in his latest posts on his Facebook and Twitter accounts, Najib said: 'From my observation, Dr Mahathir is being merely used by DAP to split the Malay vote, as if the DAP is good to the Malays. 'The fact is, where's the truth? Is DAP good to the Malays, to Islam? Dr Mahathir himself said the DAP is anti-Malay and anti-Islam',” he added.
Conceding that Mahathir had made such allegations against DAP in the past, Lim said, this was before the former premier learnt about the party's true objectives and principles.
“Now Mahathir has realised that his previous allegations against DAP were misplaced and wrong, that DAP is Malaysian-centric and Malaysian-minded, in keeping with DAP objectives and principles that we must be Malaysian first and our race and religion second.
“Is Najib prepared to acknowledge Mahathir’s admission that his past attacks on DAP as anti-Malay and anti-Islam were wrong and misplaced, and accept Mahahtir's discovery that DAP is not anti-Malay and anti-Islam but Malaysian-centric and Malaysian-minded?” he asked.
Lim said DAP is a Malaysian party, dedicated to promoting the rights and welfare of all Malaysians, regardless of race or religion.
“There is no place in DAP for anyone who is anti-Malay, anti-Chinese, anti-Indian, anti-Kadazan or anti-Dayak just as there is no place in DAP for anyone who is anti-Islam, anti-Buddhism, anti-Christianity, anti-Hinduism, anti-Sikhhism or anti-Taoism,” he added.
The DAP veteran also accused Najib of abandoning his 1Malaysia policy, and urged him to set a good example instead of being the chief exponent or race and hate politics for the 14th general election.

LKS, whenever you attack Najib instead of Tun M attacking him, the kleps have you exactly where they want you..and Tun M too.
Najib is a politician leverages on others but has no courage to confront and accuse LKS as racist , anti Malays or anti Islam using his own words , for he know there is no basis for that. From his speeches, one can see he has no moral standings as a senior politician let alone as PM as he hints racial political threats, using twisted words , gives questionable and conditional promises to convince people. Lack of sincerity perhaps is well shown by his body language when he is on the stage, he exhibits lots of pretence ; one can’t help not having notice when looking at him any time . So much for a self proclaimed Bugis warrior .
