GE14 | Caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak appeared amused that Pakatan Harapan campaigners have taken to installing PKR flags onto BN banners.
Specifically, Harapan campaigners had made use of BN posters featuring a smiling Najib, by attaching PKR flags over his raised hands – making it look as if he is holding them.
All Harapan component parties are using PKR flags for the 14th general election.
"In war, if your flag falls into the enemy's hands, it means they have lost," he said in a Twitter posting today.
Najib was responding to a Twitter user who shared one such photograph showing him 'holding' PKR flags in both hands.
The Twitter user had said that whoever came up with the idea should "get an award."

Earlier today, Najib visited the parliamentary constituency of Bandar Tun Razak for a hi-tea event.
The attendance, numbering nearly 1,000, was an encouraging sign, the BN chairperson said.
"Even though it was raining, Bandar Tun Razak residents still turned up in large numbers. Even those who could not fit into the tent stood in the rain, all to show their support for BN.
"With such support, I am confident the parliamentary seat of Bandar Tun Razak will become blue (choose BN)," he said in a separate Twitter post.
