Najib to hold press conference on GE14 later today
GE14 | Caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak will call for a press conference on the 14th general election later today.
This was confirmed by his press secretary, Joan Lai, when met at Najib's private residence in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim.

"A press conference will be held at the Putra World Trade Centre at 11am," she said.
Caretaker deputy prime minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and caretaker Umno ministers Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor, Hishammuddin Hussein and Khairy Jamaluddin, visited Najib at his residence in the early hours of the morning.
Tengku Adnan declined to speak with media when he stepped out of Najib's residence just before 2am.
Khairy, meanwhile, confirmed that BN will hold a press conference later today.
"Obviously, we are going to accept the will of the people, but the prime minister will be issuing a statement. We will be having a press conference.
"I think we need to respect the will of the people, and we need to make sure the result is respected and get on with it,” he said.
When asked if BN conceded defeat, he only said: "Wait for the (caretaker) prime minister's statement."
It is learnt that the leaders are discussing the road ahead after the May 9 polls.
As at 2.30am, the Election Commission has not officially announced which party will form the government in Putrajaya.
