UPDATED 3.44PM | GE14 | Newly-minted Terengganu Menteri Besar Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar has asserted his resolve to claim the state's oil royalty entitlement.

Ahmad Samsuri, who was sworn in last night, said he will seeking legal recourse as one of several methods he will employ to achieve this end.
