The new executive council line for the Pakatan Harapan Johor government was sworn in today.

A total of 10 exco members were sworn in at Istana Besar in Johor Bahru this morning.

Of the 10, four were from DAP, two from Bersatu, two from PKR and two from Amanah.

This is without considering Johor Menteri Besar Osman Sapian, who is from Bersatu.

In the May 9 general election, DAP won 14 seats while Amanah won nine, Bersatu took eight and PKR captured five in the Johor state assembly.

However, Bersatu's numbers increased to 11 after three defections from Umno after the general election.

The exco list is as follows:

Amanah

  • Aminolhuda Hassan - Islamic Affairs and Education
  • Dzulkefly Ahmad - Housing and rural development

PKR

  • Mohd Khuzzan Abu Bakar - Youth, sports and culture
  • Jimmy Puah Wee Tse - Investment and utilities

Bersatu

  • Osman Sapian (Menteri Besar) - Natural resources, administration, finance, economic planning and development
  • Mazlan Bujang - Works, infrastructure and transport
  • Sahruddin Jamal - Health, environment and agriculture

DAP

  • Sheikh Omar Ali - Entrepreneurship development, cooperatives and creative economy
  • S Ramakrishnan - Consumerism, human resources and unity
  • Liow Cai Tung - Women development and tourism
  • Tan Hong Pin - Local government, science and technology
