DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng is scheduled to be sworn-in as finance minister this afternoon amid an ongoing corruption case, which he claims was politically-motivated.

His lawyer Ramkarpal Singh said there is no law which bars the former Penang chief minister from assuming his new post.
