The Court of Appeal today overturned a decision of the High Court in Shah Alam and ordered former Selangor menteri besar Khalid Ibrahim's political secretary, Faekah Husin, and former Selangor Menteri Besar Inc (MBI) general manager Rohani Talib to repay MBI RM1.2 million.
