Police had applied to have Interpol issue a red notice for former Sabah chief minister Musa Aman.

"If he comes back, action will be taken (against him) in accordance with the law," Inspector-General of Police Mohamad Fuzi Harun told a press conference in Bukit Aman today.

Police have been trying to question Musa over several events which occurred immediately after the May 9 elections.
