The Education Ministry has conducted an investigation over the alleged excessive claim for the Supplementary Food Programme (RMT) committed by a headmaster in Pahang.

In a statement today the ministry said RMT was introduced to provide supplementary food to primary schoolchildren, especially from rural and low-income groups.

As such, the ministry urged those with information to come forward to lodge complaints if any element of misconduct of the RMT was found.
