Commercial Crime Investigation Department chief Amar Singh says that former prime minister Najib Razak failed to substantiate claims that the sum of cash seized from his Pavilion Residence premises was more than reported by the police.

Amar said that Najib had lodged a report claiming that the total amount seized from the raid at the premises in May was actually RM160 million, not RM114 million as stated by the police.
