A total of 38,684 members are eligible to vote for candidates standing in elections at the division and central leadership levels.

The party has 24 divisions in the state – Segamat, Sekijang, Labis, Pagoh, Ledang, Bakri, Muar, Parit Sulong, Ayer Hitam, Sri Gading, Batu Pahat, Simpang Renggam, Kluang, Sembrong, Tenggara, Kota Tinggi, Pengerang, Tebrau, Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru, Pulai, Gelang Patah, Kulai and Pontian.

Polling opened at 10 am and will close at 5pm.

So far only Penang PKR has concluded its polls. The polls for Kedah PKR which was held simultaneously with Penang (on Sept 22) was invalidated and will be held on another date.

There were glitches in the e-voting system used. The party said the weaknesses would be rectified and the same system is being enlisted for the Johor polls.
