Education Minister Maszlee Malik said he has no information regarding a missionary school in Malacca which has a separate canteen serving halal food.

“(Off hand) I have no information...I will comment later," he said when met at the Parliament lobby this afternoon.

However, the minister said the media should highlight positive news regarding local schools instead of focusing on the negative.

"In news writing, we cannot merely sensationalise negative news. I hope the media publishes 1,000 good news as this will give a good lesson for this particular school...
