It is the prerogative of the police to use the Sedition Act 1948 on the instigators of the Seafield temple riots, PKR president Anwar Ibrahim said today.

“We leave it up to the wisdom of the police because the law is still existing now, and also up to the wisdom of the home minister.

“What is important is to charge the instigators, we must take action (against them) according to existing laws,” he stressed.
