Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change Minister Yeo Bee Yin and IOI Properties Group Bhd CEO Lee Yeow Seng tied the knot today.

According to Sin Chew Daily, the duo signed their wedding papers during a ceremony held in Kuala Lumpur. 

The wedding dinner is scheduled for March 29 at a hotel in Putrajaya.

The ceremony this morning explains why Yeo skipped the opening of the Dewan Rakyat's new session today.

Yeow Seng, 40, is the younger of IOI group founder and boss Lee Shin Cheng's two sons. Lee has six children. 

Yeo, 35, is a two-term lawmaker.
