MACC not investigating ex-AG and 9 things that happened yesterday

1. MACC investigators have revealed that they are not probing former attorney-general Mohamed Apandi Ali amidst calls for him to be investigated for refusing to press charges on 1MDB related matters.

2. Activist Azwanddin Hamzah told the Kuala Lumpur High Court that he had used the "P-word" against cabinet minister P Waythamoorthy only in passing during his speech and that he was goaded into doing so by his audience.

3. Waythamoorthy, who is suing Azwanddin, argued otherwise. He pointed out that the speech was uploaded to Azwanddin's Facebook pages and that the latter didn't apologise despite having ample opportunity.
