At a function on Monday, the singer openly proclaimed that someone had stolen her heart and did not deny, when asked, if Khalid was the thief.

Her newfound boldness to discuss such matters in public had led the grapevines to speculate that a wedding may not be too far away.

According to reports, Khalid had also been spotted at numerous events where Siti was present. The latest being a charity event in Kuala Lumpur.

When confronted by journalists then, the businessman - who was also reported to have attended the singer's performance at the Royal Albert Hall in London - sidestepped the issue.

Khalid, a divorcee with three children, is the chairperson of the Ace Group of Companies, involved in real estate and luxury car businesses.

The tycoon, who owns a mansion reported to be worth RM4 million in the city's upscale neighbourhood of Bukit Antarabangsa, has nevertheless vowed to break the silence on the matter.

According to an Utusan Malaysia report today, Khalid said he will make an announcement soon.
