Tamil NGO wants Zakir hauled up for sedition over K'tan speech

A Tamil rights NGO in Penang has lodged a police report against controversial speaker Zakir Naik over a segment of his speech delivered in Kelantan on Aug 9 during his missionary tour of the east coast state.

Led by its president David Mashal, Malaysian Tamilar Kural urged the police to act against Zakir whose speech they said had offended the feelings of the Indian community in Malaysia.
