CORONAVIRUS | Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is conduction cleaning and disinfecting work on 19 public market places located in DBKL premises to curb any potential spread of coronavirus.

The operation, which began at 9am, will proceed up to 10pm. 

All affected markets would be closed during the cleaning operation, DBKL stated.

“The ops is coordinated by the Health and Environment Department with the cooperation of Alam Flora Sdn Bhd and the Licensing & Petty Traders Management Department,” it said in a statement.
