CORONAVIRUS | Deputy Rural Development Minister Abdul Rahman Mohamad has said that photographs of him receiving a cake were unplanned and he had not intended to violate the movement control order (MCO).

According to a report in The Star, Abdul Rahman said the photographs were taken on his birthday, which is on April 13, at which he cut a cake that was brought to his house, and followed it with a recital of doa selamat.
