Penang, Pahang, Malacca record highest conditional MCO compliance rate - Ismail

CORONAVIRUS | Penang, Pahang and Malacca have recorded the highest conditional movement control order (MCO) compliance rate at 98 percent, Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob said today.

He said the national compliance average was 95 percent while the state with the worst performance recorded an 86 percent compliance rate yesterday...
