HJ Angus: Let the SC (Securities Commission) probe the company and then let the CID (Criminal Investigation Department) and whatever authority is empowered go after the real culprits.

If this kind of corrupt practice is allowed, the country will go to the dogs. The federal government should also not allow state corporations to invest in dubious schemes. If state companies can cheat the government and get away, this will only encourage more culprits to try their luck.
