Meanwhile, the minister's office at Menara DBKL has been sanitised and will be closed for few days, said his office.
"The minister apologises for any inconvenience caused," said the minister's office.
Annuar was recently slapped with a RM2,000 fine for breaching the SOP after he visited the Kuala Lumpur residence of former prime minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
The Ketereh MP drew flak after revealing the visit on Twitter. He has since deleted the tweet. House visits are banned during the current full lockdown imposed since June 1.
In January, Annuar also generated controversy when he was seen walking outdoors with two others from a different household.
He later claimed to have met the two by coincidence.
In February, he was also caught having a meal with a group of people even though dining-in was banned during the lockdown.
