Today, in a second and final part of the series, we speak to consumer groups on complaints raised by the public on the high-handed manners of these repo-men.

The people we interviewed gave us some insight into how these repossessors operate and the methods used to strike fear in consumers.

Malaysiakini.tv also went to the streets, talking to those who have experienced the embarrassment and trauma of having to face repossessors.
