PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli has warned MACC chief Azam Baki that Pakatan Harapan will once again come after him over his previous alleged shareholding scandal if the coalition wins the 15th general election.
Speaking at a Harapan Mega Ceramah in Johor Bahru last night, Rafizi (above) said the MACC must first face the court over the graft buster's raid of his company, Invoke Solutions Sdn Bhd.
"Tomorrow (today) we will meet in court, the day after (Friday) is another day of campaigning, on Saturday we will vote.
"After we win the election, we will go and find Azam. I know Azam is watching this," Rafizi said to a cheering crowd of more than 1,000 Harapan supporters.
"I hope that when Harapan wins, and when we come to find you, you better not blame your brother again.”
Last December, outgoing Sungai Buloh MP R Sivarasa filed an urgent motion seeking the Dewan Rakyat to discuss Azam's alleged ownership of close to two million shares in a publicly listed company - between April 2015 and March 2016 - while serving as MACC's investigations director.

In January, Azam said he had informed the MACC Corruption Prevention Advisory Board that the shares were bought by his brother who borrowed his name and that he believed he did not do anything wrong.
The declaration triggered a Securities Commission probe that eventually found no evidence of proxy trading as Azam had “control” over his own trading account.
Rafizi said he had initially refrained from interfering in MACC's first raid at Invoke on Tuesday but lawyers were subsequently assigned after further demands were made for documents containing confidential information belonging to Invoke's customers.
He pointed out that the MACC must seek an order from the high court on its request to seize documents covered by confidentiality clauses.

"You cannot just come and bring along a search warrant, issuing threats," he said, reiterating that the action against Invoke was a part of BN's intimidation tactics in the last leg of campaigning.
He said this while campaigning for Johor Bahru incumbent Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir and other Harapan candidates from surrounding seats, including Pulai incumbent Salahuddin Ayub and Pasir Gudang incumbent Hassan Karim.
