A "Datuk Seri" has filed for a criminal court order to drop the four corruption charges against him that mentioned former home minister Hamzah Zainudin.
Businessperson Sim Choo Thiam filed the application at the Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur two days ago for him to be granted a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) over the four graft charges - one for soliciting and three for receiving - involving RM15 million.
