I just would like to seek one clarification. In what currency was the loan agreement denominated? I hope that it was not in Yuan because the way the China economy is going, it only a matter of time before the currency appreciates and we will be in the same position as we were with the cheap Japanese loans of the 60s and 70s. We all know what happened. The zero interest loans doubled in ringgit terms when the Japanese Yen appreciated.
