Pulai MP Suhaizan Kayat is being treated at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a private hospital in Iskandar Puteri, Johor after registering low oxygen levels.

The Star quoted Suhaizan’s personal assistant Nizam Junait as confirming that he was admitted at around 11pm yesterday.

“He had a fever and experienced a drop in oxygen levels and was admitted to the ICU.

“Let us pray for his speedy recovery,” Nizam said.

He added that Suhaizan’s condition has stabilised, but visitors are not allowed until the 51-year-old Johor Amanah vice-chief is out of the ICU.

In a statement this afternoon, Johor Amanah chief Aminolhuda Hassan stated that Suhaizan ‘s condition is stable.

He also urged all not to spread unauthorised statements that may caused panic and various assumptions, leading to the emergence of multiple theories and perceptions, which could further aggravating the situation and Suhaizan’s health condition.
