The lawyer representing the family of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) cadet Syamsul Haris Shamsudin, who died on July 28, has submitted to the police a recording of a witness present at the scene of his death.

Lawyer Naran Singh told Malaysiakini that the audio recording details who was present at the scene and what transpired before Syamsul’s death.
