Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil today revealed that the government has submitted a total of 168,774 content takedown requests to Meta on Facebook alone.

This number, which was recorded on Sept 19, comprises 59 percent of all content takedown requests on all social media platforms, Fahmi said in a statement today.
