The Court of Appeal today set Dec 5 for the decision on Segambut MP Hannah Yeoh's appeal regarding the High Court's decision dismissing her defamation suit against former inspector-general of police Musa Hassan regarding statements at a forum at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).

Lawyer Lim Wei Jiet, who is representing Yeoh, told reporters that the date for the decision was set by Court of Appeal deputy registrar Radzilawatee Abdul Rahman at the e-Review case management proceedings today.
