The Education Ministry will introduce a comprehensive student character development initiative in 2026, utilising an integrated approach embedded within existing subjects.

Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek said the initiative does not involve introducing a new subject but will instead be incorporated into daily lessons to strengthen students’ moral values and character through practical application.
