The former chairperson of a regional Muslim NGO, Hakim Nor, was once again charged, this time at the Sessions Court in Ipoh today, with 10 counts of misappropriation of the organisation's funds.

Hakim, 39, was charged with misappropriating aid donations for humanitarian missions collected by the organisation in collaboration with NGOs in Myanmar, Yemen, Syria and Palestine, totalling RM631,373.13.
