Former PAS central committee member Zuhdi Marsuki has questioned the amendments in the party’s constitution, especially regarding the forfeiting of membership of rogue representatives and the legitimacy of the party’s spiritual leader.

Zuhdi (above) described Clause 15A of the party’s constitution as being amended via “ambush” at the party’s general assembly in September 2024, and that it had been done in a “negligent and dishonest” manner.
