The position of Bersatu within Perikatan Nasional remains secure for now, with the coalition’s supreme council meeting last night making no mention of the matter.

“We didn’t discuss it,” PN chairperson Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar told a press conference at the PAS headquarters in Kuala Lumpur when asked about Bersatu’s standing in the coalition.

Earlier, Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin and several party leaders were seen attending the meeting.
