Former finance minister Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz told the Kuala Lumpur High Court today that the Jana Wibawa programme was discussed during a cabinet meeting chaired by Muhyiddin Yassin on Nov 13, 2020.

Zafrul (above, right), 53, said it was the first time the matter was raised in a cabinet meeting during his tenure as finance minister.
