About 400 reformasi supporters are gathered outside the Dang Wangi police station in the capital city this afternoon to lodge a police report calling for an investigation into former attorney-general Mohtar Abdullah.

Keadilan youth leader Lokman Adam told the crowd that Mohtar, who is now a Federal Court judge, should be investigated for not pressing charges on a number of cases including allegations of judicial misconduct on the part of former chief justice Eusoff Chin for holidaying with a prominent corporate lawyer in New Zealand.

He also said that Mohtar should also be investigated for not taking action against International Trade and Industries Minister Rafidah Aziz after the Anti-Corruption Agency recommended charging her of graft following a probe.

With Lokman were other Barisan Alternatif leaders, PAS' Mahfuz Omar and Salahudin Ayob, Keadilan's Mohamad Ezam Mohd Nor and PRM's Faisal Sanusi as well as several reformasi leaders.

One water cannon truck and two riot police trucks are parked near the police station. An order for the crowd to disperse has been given and the FRU are moving in on the crowd even as this report is being filed.
