Tamil newspapers

All three Tamil dailies - Malaysia Nanban, Makkal Osai and Tamil Nesan - reported on a fatal parang attack against a contractor in Klang yesterday. The 31-year-old man leaves behind a wife and two children.

Tamil Nesan also reported on MIC chief S Samy Vellu's warning to other BN component parties not to interfere in his party matters.

Malaysia Nanban reported Samy Vellu admitting that there were financial irregularities in the party-run education arm MIED.

And in Makkal Osai , Samy Vellu was quoted as saying that the Pakatan Rakyat had failed to keep its promise to the Indian community.
