Education Minister Hishammuddin Hussein said he is prepared to listen to suggestions and views relating to education.

Priority will be given to those that do not look at the issues purely on the basis of any specific stream, race or religion, he told a press conference at the Parliament lobby today.

He also said he would be looking at the funding needs of "other schools", to build on what has been done for Chinese schools over the past 18 months.
