The Bar Council will hold its 13th biennial Malaysian Law Conference at the Putra World Trade Centre in Kuala Lumpur from Nov 16 to 18.

Council spokesperson Kuthubul Zaman Bukhari said the conference, themed "Globalising the Legal Profession", would enable delegates to discuss various issues, including globalisation of legal practice, access to justice, arbitration, mediation and international law.

Over 500 delegates from Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, England, Canada and Hong Kong are expected at the event.
