Harapan wins in Johor
Pakatan Harapan retained both the Pulai parliamentary seat and the Simpang Jeram state seat on Saturday.
Poor weather hampered turnout for Pulai - which was below 50 percent - but Harapan won by a strong 18,461 vote majority.
However, it's not a win that Harapan can take comfort in as PN gained ground in both seats contested.

Muda quits govt bloc
Muda president Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman has made good on his threat to withdraw support from the government in the Dewan Rakyat over the Zahid saga.
This means that the government now does not have a two-thirds majority in Parliament.
However, Syed Saddiq assured that he would give Putrajaya his vote on meaningful reforms that need two-thirds support.
Meanwhile, Muda and DAP's relationship continues deteriorating, with the latter saying that Syed Saddiq owed his Muar seat to Harapan's patronage.
