'RM1.78m' bomb drops on Sabah DCM
Sabah Deputy Chief Minister I Jeffrey Kitingan has been hit with damning allegations that he took RM1.78 million from businessperson Albert Tei.
Tei had filmed a discussion between him and Kitingan discussing the money, although the latter neither confirmed nor denied receiving it in the video.
Kitingan later denied taking bribes to help Tei get a mineral exploration license, saying it was for political donations instead.
Tei then hit back by releasing a support letter purportedly signed by Kitingan for a sand mining licence application.

Rafizi warns Anwar about Farhash
Former PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli has cautioned Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim that his ex-aide Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak may end up becoming another Jho Low.
In an interview with Malaysiakini, he claimed that since Anwar became premier, there has been growing chatter from civil servants and people who deal with the government about Farhash's growing influence.
Should such speculation materialise, Rafizi said it would not bode well for the government.
