Hit by a sudden spike in number of Covid-19 positive cases, some 5,000 inhabitants of two flats - Malayan Mansion and Selangor Mansion -at Jalan Masjid India in the capital are now confined to their houses as authorities impose an enhanced movement control order (EMCO) on the premises.

Once abuzz with activities, the two residential buildings now display barbed wires around them to prevent anyone from leaving or entering so as to minimise chances of the Covid-19 virus from spreading.
