The Centre to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4) called on new Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali today to be transparent on how he will spend the state's RM3 billion in reserves.

The reserves, accumulated during Abdul Khalid Ibrahim's six-year tenure as menteri besar that ended yesterday, are alleged to be a key reason why PKR wanted its member as the next menteri besar.
