  • special report Metramac Corporation Sdn Bhd and Fawziah Holdings will appear in the Court of Appeal today, over a RM65 million licensing agreement for advertising rights along the Cheras toll-road.

    Metramac is applying for a stay of execution of the award. Fawziah Holdings will only agree to this if the court imposes additional conditions that guarantee payment.
