Salutation to the Nation!

52 years Malaysia is today, are we still on our way?

To achieve greater sway, in competitive world gone astray;

With global economy in disarray, prediction of doomsday;

Made by sayers of 'nay', foretold by believers of yesterday!

We do have issues, in so many avenues;

Economics may be true, GDP is one of few;

They can cause a hue, also may subdue;

Those without a clue, who only want their due!
