Wonder why Malaysia's opposition parties don't set up 'shadow cabinet', like the one exists in UK, to show people how they gonna perform if they were made government?

We always see opposition party fond of 'criticising' whenever BN do wrongs. What if BN don't do wrong? Would our opposition parties just sit back and wait next errant act by BN?

I appreciate the existence of opposition parties.But, could they be efficient and capable enough to run the country?

Please show the people that opposition parties also have '5-year-plan' in mind?
